Crime of the week 5/9/22
The Decatur Police Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
There have been several robberies to Decatur businesses over the past couple weeks. In each of these robberies a lone suspect will enter the business armed with a crowbar when there is little to no other customers. The suspect will then threaten the employees and take an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then flees the business on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a heavier set b/m, dressed in a black hooded zip up shirt, and black pants. The suspect has his face covered by either a black ski mask or balaclava.

The Decatur Police Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
Between June 8th and June 15th, 2012, unknown subject(s) burglarized three houses between the 1200 block and 1600 blocks of E. Whitmer. Numerous items of value were stolen from each home. At this time, there are no suspect(s) to these crimes however it is possible the same person(s) committed each of the burglaries. Since this time there have been 17 other burglaries in this area with no suspect information.

The Decatur Police Department needs your help in solving this week’s crime of the week.
Between June 20th and June June 23rd, 2012, unknown subject(s) burglarized the Delta Delta Delta Sorority house located at 111 N. Park Place. Specific items of value were stolen from the house such as framed certificates of recognition, dinner plates and a recognition plaque. At this time, there are no suspect(s) to this crime.
